Born from the busy-life reality of one of our own members, Stackable turns 2-3 short, targeted classes into a balanced workout you can fit into any day. 💛 Sarah, longtime member and busy mum, built these stacks for her own low-energy days — and they worked so well she had to share. Her passion project is a gift to our whole community: 10 tried-and-tested Stacks designed to give you maximum results in minimum time. Whether you’ve got 10 minutes now and 10 later, or want to smash out 30 in one go.
This is what I love about our community — created by you, for you. I’m a huge believer in the benefit of stacks. It’s exactly the approach I took to both postpartum recoveries and still use now to boost motivation. It’s funny how your mind tricks you. Often, for me, the thought of doing a 30-minute workout is an absolute no, but if I start with a quickie (e.g 10 mins), I get instantly motivated to continue. Stacks push you to do more while giving you flexibility and achievable start points.
