Orange is the new BACK
This upper back series “the salute” has been a go-to this pregnancy. I’ve tried to fit it in as many times as possible while I’m still able to lie on my stomach. I love that it’s short and effective and how you really feel the muscles between the shoulder blades activate. This 7-minute blast is layered so you can build the intensity at your own pace. The choreography becomes easier the more you repeat it so I encourage you to try adding this to your practice weekly.
