Yes! We wanted you to be able to access your favourite pregnancy workouts throughout your entire pregnancy so we made sure all the classes are safe for every trimester. This means you can choose any workout from any trimester and know it’s safe.

We have also used an “energy/intensity” symbol so you know what to expect from each class. If you are feeling energised, you may like to explore some of the workout options from the second trimester. If not, try exploring the 1st and 3rd-trimester classes. All classes are safe no matter what stage of your pregnancy, so follow in order or feel mix and match based on your energy levels and mood.

Absolutely! Always listen to your body and stop if anything doesn’t feel right. If you are battling the first trimester fog and/or morning sickness – don’t worry we have first-trimester-approved workouts and know exactly how you feel!

Yes, I would stop all traditional abdominal crunching exercises and loaded core movements. We want to avoid working the superficial six-pack muscles and focus on the deep core stabilising muscles. All the classes within the Prenatal Movement Program are safe and appropriate for all stages of pregnancy so you don’t have to worry about modifying yourself.

To ensure you feel empowered and informed along the way, we’ve created a Prenatal Movement factsheet that clarifies the key changes to expect in your body, what movements to avoid and why, and some ways to modify the movement to make it pregnancy-safe.

Of course, the program and library can be used interchangeably. Use the prenatal filter to choose workouts safe for the trimester you are in. You will be spoiled for choice with 100+ pregnancy safe workouts and more coming.

Absolutely. You can join the program at any stage. All the workouts within the program have been created so that they are safe for every trimester. Plus – you can transition seamlessly from our Prenatal classes and programs to Postnatal once bub arrives.

The program and library can be used interchangeably, go to the postnatal filter once you have bub and are cleared for exercise. We have movement options specific every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. You can continue with all prenatal classes/programs or start our postnatal programs once bub arrives. We have one specific for the first 6 weeks after birth and one for after your 6 week check. You will be nurtured every step of the way Mumma!
