Quick Back & Arms
Excuse the abrupt start... this is cut from a longer class (as requested by my beautiful Mum). She loves the prone upper-back and arm section and wanted this as a stand-alone class for when she wants to focus on her back but only has 7 minutes. Love this - it's so important to incorporate as much upper back work to improve our posture and combat all the slouching we do throughout the day.

〰️ Pushups with the ball
Grab your ball and meet me on the mat - we start straight away in prone (lying on our stomach). Have a little bit of room so you can open your arms out to the side.
Ps. If you don't have equipment - don't stress ... we only use the ball for the push-ups at the end of the workout and you can just perform the push-up series without the ball.
