Green with Envy Arms
Oooofffff.... this got my arms. It is a superset for the arms (mostly triceps) using the ball and long band. The first part is on the mat - tricep dips, tricep push-ups, and prone. Each mat exercise will use the ball to target the triceps. The second part is standing. We use the ball and long band for a signature row and tricep superset. LOVE how the standing section doubles as postural work. My arms were shaking after this one.
