Burn Zone Abs 1- Joseph Pilates Core
This is a super quick, equipment-free abs workout that takes you straight to the burn zone. Unlike our signature core which uses props for the support this ab quickie is equipment free and a fun twist on some of Joseph Pilates's traditional core moves. Goodie for when short on time, feel like a challenge, can't find your equipment, traveling, etc. Let me know how you go and if you want more like this.
Just note when you remove the props and do the more traditional core moves without the support of the ball it is more advanced. You could modify by placing the ball behind the shoulder blades or swap for one of our signature abs series like overball abs quick burn. 👉 TOP SWAP.
