The cliff notes:
- Launched in 2015 with a 5-week challenge (that sold out instantly) and turned into a studio.
- Launched the “8-week challenge”, 21-day Binge, and put mat pilates on the map.
- 2000+ client transformations

FROM THE FOUNDER – ELISE BARLOW
Hi, I’m Elise, founder of Movement Society and mum to two little ones.
Having had two babies since launching my online platform, I know firsthand how demanding, beautiful, and overwhelming postpartum recovery can be. I’ve experienced the sleepless nights, the changing body, and the rollercoaster of emotions. And I’ve also felt the empowerment that comes from moving in a way that feels good, healing, and achievable as a mum.
