Multi-tasking Mat Burn
Crushed so hard on In Studio 14 - MVMT Multitasking but knew the 50 Minute length would deter some of you from trying it. SO I have broken it into two parts which are shorter and more achievable for those who struggle with longer workouts.
This is Part 2 - “Mat". It is 35 minutes, full body and a challenge for the arms, ass and core. Unlike your traditional “sit-up” or superficial abs burn, this takes a more functional approach to the core challenging the transverse abdominals and obliques (over the rectus abdominis).
Mat Multitasking Moves:
〰️ Spine warm-up
〰️ Glute x tricep challenge - we layer in push-ups and core moves to our signature glute series for extra spice and challenge.
〰️ Side Bend over the ball x side glutes duo
〰️ Sidelying glutes (will feel like a break)
〰️ Book openings (with a glute twist)
〰️ Side planks trio
〰️ Tricep push-ups
You will need your ball and loop for this. x
