Burn with Bub - Baby Wearing Carrier Workout
I teamed up with Artipoppe to create a standing workout that you can perform with bub in the carrier. Let me guide you through some of my favourite moves to perform while wearing baby. I totally underestimated how much harder some of the movements felt... makes sense as it's like carrying a very cute but heavy dumbell.
All the moves are standing with the support of a chair or stable surface/bench. Listen to your body, take breaks as you need and enjoy. Movement can have such a profound impact on how you feel and this postpartum period is such a vulnerable one, so just remember I am here with you every step of the way Mummas. We got this! X
