This Sculpts the entire body, delivering an intense burn without the joint impact of other high-intensity workouts. I’ve picked my favourite moves (using our signature props) and crafted a fun, fiery 30-minute standing sculpt session targeting all the spots we want to tone.

Here's the flow:
⚡ Band walks using the loop to marinate the seat and warm us up.
⚡ Gliding Scooter trio served with two leg positions to strengthen our booty and hamstrings (hello side seat)
⚡ Thigh Fire with the ball for leg strength and inner thigh sculpt. Quick and fiery.
⚡ Seated Tricep Dips: Build arm strength and sculpt triceps (with a stretch reward bonus)
⚡ Creative Long-Band Moves: Strengthen all angles of the upper body with varied movements to avoid over-fatiguing any single area. Moving through many variations means you won’t overly fatigue one area which is common with lots of upper body workouts (not movement ones of course).
