She combines expert training with the lived wisdom of motherhood to create intelligent, results-driven programs that empower women worldwide to build strength, confidence, and lasting results—all from the comfort of their own homes.
Why I Created Body Love
This program was created with love and you in mind. Since having babies, I’m firmly in my 20-minute era—so the longer classes are an invitation, not an expectation. We all know a movement quickie is fire.
You’ll never see before and after photos here. I don’t think how a body looks translates to how much it’s gained in strength. Let’s shift that narrative. Let’s get stronger, build longevity, fall in love with how movement feels, and show our bodies the love they deserve.
