I created Body Love because I know what it’s like to feel busy and stretched thin, but still crave movement that feels good and gets results. With the lived wisdom of motherhood, I designed this program to be thoughtful, achievable, and effective.

It’s movement that fits real life. The kind that makes you want to keep showing up for yourself. Let’s get stronger, build longevity, fall in love with how movement feels, and show our bodies the love they deserve.

No problem. The program will be available in MVMT Programs, so you can start and complete it in your own time.

Yes. Body Love includes a dedicated Body Love Mumma path created specifically for pregnancy and postpartum, with safe, considered workouts that support your body through each stage.

Most Body Love workouts are ~20–30 mins, so they’re easy to fit into your week.

Thursday is your flexibility day, with a Short vs Long option — 20 mins or 45–60 mins, depending on what you have time and energy for.

Friday is a 1–3 quickie stack totalling around 30 mins, and Sunday is a 20-minute guided stretch.

Body Love follows a simple weekly structure with flexibility built in:

  • Monday–Wednesday: 20–30 min workouts
  • Thursday: Short vs Long
    • 20 mins or 45–60 mins (you choose)
  • Friday: Quickie Stack
    • 1–3 short workouts that total ~30 mins
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday:  Stretch (15-20 mins)
