Love this spicy standing full body in 20 mins. Scooter for the booty (1), a spicy plie series with the gliders under your feet to get your inner thighs and quads shaking (2) and a seated tricep arm finisher (3). Grab a chair (for support and seated tricep dips), and your two gliders - let's do this!

P.S. If you're prop-free, gliders are easily substituted with a small towel or socks on hardwood floors or a plastic plate on carpets.
