In Studio 11 - Hour of Standing and Mat Power
All the in-studio full-body goodness you know and love but with a little extra standing spice to start. You will need your gliders and loop, a chair, and your mat. You could get away with performing this equipment free by subbing socks for gliders and not using the loop.
It is a reformer-inspired glute and inner thigh standing series to warm up (that is deadly in the best possible way). Followed by loop-flavored mat moves that will really challenge your glutes. For later-stage pregnancy, I created a prenatal version of this just for you. Check out prenatal hour of power (in studio 12).
