In Studio 13 - In All the Right Places
I was sore after this one - but all in the right places (abs, booty). Oooofff… packs just enough zing that you feel it in all the right places and pushes you with a few extra reps to challenge yourself and leave you in the shake zone.
It can be broken into these subheadings:
- Standing Leg, Glutes, and Arm Warmer
- Abs, Abs, Abs - All using the ball
- Bootay Blast - all using the loop
- Side Booty and Waist - all using the long band
Set aside 54 minutes and you won't be disappointed. You will need your chair to start, then it is all on the mat. We use all the props from the toning toolkit. Happy Toning. x
