Monday – Wednesday are you guided classes. They’re 20-30 minutes.

You’ll be given a short and long workout option. Choose what fits your day and mood. The short option is a straight to the burn zone quickie (think Glow). The long is an in-studio deep dive.

Think of it as an invitation to push yourself to move for longer without pressure if you’re short on time.

Choose your workout adventure from the 3 options given. What does your body crave? Pick 1 of the 3 workout options.

Practising listening to your body and tuning into what it needs on the day.

Finish your week with a stretch and mobility class.
