Lembongan Stretch & Mobility Ritual
Liquid gold for the spine—this became my daily mobility ritual while on holiday in Nusa Lembongan. It’s now my go-to stretch flow whether I need a full-body reset, post-flight release, or a pre-workout warm-up.
In just 20 minutes, this calming sequence helps release tension, improve posture, and restore ease and mobility throughout your body. It targets the back, neck, and shoulders, boosts flexibility, and leaves you feeling refreshed, re-energised, pain-free, and light.

PS. Don't stress if you have no band, simply substitute with a towel, piece of clothing, or tie—anything you can wrap around and hold your leg. We only use it for the leg stretch. 🤍
