Equipment Free Core
Choosing the core as a focus and not using mvmt props (especially the peach ball) felt counterintuitive but I wanted a place for you to go if you don't have or don't want to use the ball. The challenge increases without the support of the ball, but you are up for it! I would love to know how you felt after this one!
