The First Six Weeks

Hey Beautiful Mummas, congratulations on your brand new bub. Welcome to the mat for some well-deserved “mum-time”. This 6-week program will ease you back into gentle movement once you feel ready to move post birth. It will introduce gentle movement and restorative stretches designed to support and help you navigate early postpartum. Remember to move slowly, carefully, and with a lot of kindness. Your body just did something incredible and it deserves to be treated with love.

Once you’ve completed Stage 1 of the Postnatal Program you can progress to Stage 2. Remember there is no rush, you can come back to these classes at any time.
