We want to support you on and off the mat, so we've created a simple tutorial that teaches you how to find and activate your pelvic floor and three simple exercises you can do throughout your pregnancy. The tutorial offers practical exercises done in real time, so you can follow along with the video and practice your pelvic floor exercises. We recommend that you visit a Women's Health Physio to get targeted and specific advice for your body as we are all different.
