Standing Arms Quickie using the Long Band with Elise
Take a stand with your band and bring on the upper-body burn and lower-body stamina. Try these "reformer-inspired" arm movements on the mat. Perfect little warm-up to complement your mat work, or add-on if you want to tone your arms in under ten minutes.
You will need just your long band.
