This MVMT flow is a considerate mix of inner-thighs, abs, and arms. The request was for extra abs, arms, and inner thighs. Can confirm my legs were shaking by the end. I wanted to challenge the entire body and for the workout to feel good, balanced, and complete (which inspired the bonus pushing/pulling/standing series at the end)
