Abs, Obliques & Arms (quickie)
We build up in layers, breaking down movements into more digestible parts. We use our limbs (arms and legs) as levers with the intention of showing you how you can make something easier or harder by simply changing your arm/leg position.
This 10-Minute Ab series is paired with some long band roll downs. I love using the long band to prepare and perfect the “roll down”. The band offers such wonderful support - allowing you to master the timing and breath. Because that after all is what makes a successful roll down (no - it is not ab strength!).
To keep it fun and fresh I throw in a cheeky bicep challenge and reward you with a delicious hamstring stretch.
