This is part 1 of the series. Each workout is 60-minutes and a full-body flow.
Moving at a deliberate pace and sprinkled with stretch and release moments, this alignment and technique focussed class will set you up to master the more complex movements to come.
Over the next 60-minutes, you will be introduced to some of many key Pilates movements that you will practice and progress from over the coming weeks.
Slow it down and focus on you and the movement. Better understand a cue or movement instruction so you can perform an exercise with more ease.
