This video had a few filming hiccups, and I almost didn't post it, but I'm living dangerously and trusting that you won't mind it's not perfect. It's fun, features some new moves (like kneeling arm rows and single-arm ball work), and delivers a satisfying full-body burn. My arms, abs, and inner thighs were absolutely humming after this one!

You'll need: Everything from TTK (ball, light long band, gliders), chair, mat and 40 minutes.

As mentioned in the video, we now have a lighter long band, which is great for arms. Get yours here.

Break it down like this: (Use the chapter function in the play bar).
🔹 Mat & Ball Full Body Warm-up (15 mins): Works abs, arms, and especially inner thighs. Note: my inner thighs were HUMMING after the bridging into ab superset—absolute FIRE!
🟡 Arm Section: Kneeling Arm Series + Standing Arm Series (new moves!)
🔹 Quick Gliding Duo: Quick Side and Scooter Flow
🟡 Standing Full Body Finisher: Arms, Ass & Inner-thighs at the chair with the ball.
