You can lol at our behind-the-scenes struggles once you finish! We start at the wall to mobilise the calves and strengthen the arms, then head to a chair for a spicy single-leg scooter series before finishing on the mat with one of my fav gliding abs and long-band supersets.

You will need: Ball, Gliders, Long Band, Wall, Chair + Mat. x
