Hey guys, this is a standing quickie using the ball. We hit glutes, thighs and arms with three moves (using the ball and chair). Love a little standing quickie. And because I love you, you even get a cute side bend seated stretch to finish.

You need: ball, a chair and 10 minutes. Safe for pre-/postnatal.

Ps. This is a great standing alternative to quadruped for anyone who struggles with wrists/knees on the mat.
