Full Body Flow - Prae Workout

This week I created a workout for a Prae store in Byron Bay who are a one stop shop for all things wellness, fashion and beauty. It's a balanced blend of all the best Pilates, Barre and functional fitness exercises for any experience or fitness level. The workout is layered so you can progress and regress as you please. Its a great workout to do if you're ever stuck without props or you can also add a loop around thighs for the workout for some extra spice if you please! Prae is releasing it next week but you get early access as a MVMT member!
