Booty by the Bay
This one supersets two moves I've been crushing on - back to back to burn all angles of your booty. It's fun because it's one on the mat, then one standing. The mat is like the marination - getting us warm and glutey for the standing part.
Marinate/Activate: Quadruped with the Loop
Ignite/Strengthen: Scooter with the loop/gliders
P.S. I've added a quick mobility warm-up at the start and between sides, plus a bonus glute stretch at the end (for those who craved one like I did).
