We start prone with W, T and Dart variations to get our upper back, arms and shoulders heated and humming. Thread the needle rotation stretch to open the chest and reset before slow and controlled push-ups on the ball to bring that deep tricep burn. We finish standing with long band rows, bicep curls and triceps - the perfect way to challenge your arms from every angle while building tall, strong posture. Sculpted arms and better posture - all in 15 minutes.
