He is going to find out who's naughty or nice, so you better not pout through this standing weighted arm workout with our signature focus on back and posture. A sore neck, shoulders and upper traps are only for those on the naughty list, with our intelligent choice of exercises expect to instead feel stronger and taller after this short but challenging arm workout!

Pick your poison by using lighter weights from around the house eg. cans, or for a bit heavier you could try full water bottles. Otherwise hand weights anywhere up to 2kg (2kg will make it tough, anything heavier might start to use the wrong muscles). Then you can enjoy carrying your Christmas shopping with ease after this one!!
