10-Minute “deep-core” warm-up. This is a wonderful series to build up and strengthen your core stabilising muscles. It could be used as a stand-alone workout, in addition to other workouts, or as a warm-up video. The goal is to stabilise the torso and pelvis as we move the legs. We take the MVMT ball under the back of the sacrum for invaluable feedback and to challenge your balance.
Goal: can you complete this series WITHOUT looking up at the screen? (Not only is turning your head when your hips are elevated bad for your neck) but you will benefit so much from listening and internalising in this series.
