Core + Bridging: Core and Balance using ball
This 15-Minute MVMT video sprinkles some great strategies to practise and will help make future movements more successful. They compliment each other beautifully. We start with the core and then move into bridging. We place the ball under the sacrum and focus on activating our deep abdominals in one of my fav lower core exercises (that also doubles as a balance challenge).
We balance out with some bridging in a series I call "deconstructed segmental bridging". (Big word). Basically, my goal is to help you unlock more mobility and have a more successful bridging experience. Bridging is all about timing and learning which parts of the spine you move from is key. We break it down and challenge you to move from only those segments.
We finish by challenging our balance and stability with one of my favourite single-leg preps.
