I had a dream. To share the secrets and solutions to strengthening, sculpting and stretching in a simple, safe and inspired way. I couldn’t do it on my own. I needed help.

Introducing The Toning Tools.

Prop 1 -Loop.

Nothing is worse than a limp loop. Nailing the resistance is key.

We got a slam dunk on our second loop. Risk-free Resistance – If you unhappy with your resistance, return and we will refund.

Prop 2 – The Ball

The evolution of the MVMT Peach Ball. All balls are not created equally. Size, texture, material, and finish – make a huge difference. The peach ball is our third batch of MVMT Balls. Like Goldilocks and her porridge, we wanted to get it just right. We increased the size of the ball and designed it to look like a peach (only one in the world) – so it is bigger, better and more badass than ever.

Why it is perfect.

Size.
Texture.
Durability.
And it looks like a big, juicy Peach.

Prop 3 – Gliders.

Scooter was the exercise that helped cure my “Glute Amnesia”. My quads were dominant. My glutes were asleep. My hips & knees unimpressed. Frustrated by the fact that a “glute” exercise was felt in my thighs. I commenced my personal journey to glute discovery – devoting months to learning, researching, and self-mastering how to successfully switch off the quads and turn on the glutes. Bottom line. The journey equipped me with the knowledge and procedures to get even the laziest glutes into gear. The standing solution was the scooter.

This posed a problem. No reformer. I needed a way to replicate the moving carriage on a reformer.
The solution. Gliding Discs. Which are extremely hard to find online. $79 including postage later. My sample discs arrived. It was love at first slide. A few tweaks later – MVMT gliders were born and introduced as prop number 3. The standing solution for lazy butts. (And anyone who has suffered knee, back or hip-related pain associated with lunges and squats. You will love the joint-friendly solution offered by gliders.

Oh – and Your butt-building solution that fits into a handbag. They are $3,500 cheaper, 26kg lighter and a hell of a lot smaller than your reformer counterpart. You Choose.

PROP 4 – Long Band.

No need for springs and heavy machines. Your portable reformer has arrived. Many people use resistance bands in four-point kneeling and side lying, but they hold onto one end of the band with their hand. We feel this creates too much upper body tension, especially when learning and in an already demanding shoulder position. We wanted to add resistance to the lower body independent of the upper body. Similar to what you would achieve when using the reformer straps or trapeze springs. But we didn’t want to tie the band to something. Luckily, a stroke of genius, some R&D, and being sent bands .5 meters too short – we discovered the perfect solution.

Our solution: Tie the long band at each end to create a “big loop”.
The result: Extra Resistance in the peach (not the shoulders). Hello, portable reformer. *Genius.

Why extra resistance? The band provides extra resistance in to hip extension – or hip opening- performed by the glutes and hamstring muscles. People often lift too high and arch the back, instead of extending the hips. Think of the MVMT Band like putting on the “handbrakes” – it’s inhibiting your ability to lift the leg too high (lower back alert) – so you will work the right muscles in a smaller range.

And this is just one movement. You should see the arm-spo we have waiting for you in later weeks.

All the toys, but no toy box.

These toning tools deserved a beautiful home. A bag that is as functional as it is beautiful. Big enough to fit all your sculpting tools (and then some). Durable enough to swim, chuck, wash & love. Light enough to travel with. The neoprene bag.

If the above are toning tools. There are maintenance tools.

  1. Release Balls.
  2. MVMT Block.
