POSTNATAL PROGRAMS

Hey beautiful Mummas, our postpartum movement program combines the best of Pilates and Yoga to bring you a thoughtful, balanced, and love-filled program you can enjoy from the comfort of your home.

Since launching the Movement Society online, we have had four pregnancies and four babies. This has given us a greater understanding of how it feels to move whilst pregnant and exactly what your body needs to recover and rebuild safely and confidently.

We’ve broken it into two stages to support each recovery phase. Each program is designed to help you gently recover, progress, and rebuild at your own pace.

START HERE:

Stage 1

Postnatal Program

This 6-week program will ease you back into gentle movement once you feel ready to move post birth. Gentle movement and restorative stretches designed to support and help you navigate early postpartum.

Suitable for: Early postpartum recovery

Stage 2

Postnatal Program

This 8-week program will safely rebuild your strength as you ease back into your regular routine. Progress each week as you regain core strength and restore mobility.

Suitable for: 6+ weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise, Safe for Abdominal Separation, C-section & Vaginal Births.

POSTNATAL SERIES
