No props no worries ! I have created a challenging 25 minutes workout using nothing but your mat. We start in quadruped , moving to side lying and flow through to side lift , bridging and finish in chest lift.
We are mainly focusing on the booty and core but every inch of your body will be working throughout this whole workout.
