Ok so you know when something goes wrong, or you have a bad day? Just before this i found out four of my workouts were lost to technical issues 💔 i got upset for a moment but then i knew i had this workout planned which i was excited about. So i put on my favourite playlist and pushed through and by the end i was feeling on top of the world!
I love how movement makes you feel great not just physically, but mentally! Beginning with back work and boxing using the weights while getting in some inner thigh and leg work at the same time. By the end we focus on triceps and glutes paired with planking. Of course there are lots of cardio intervals for the whole body sprinkled throughout! I hope this brightens your day as much as it did mine!
