šŸ’­ Crushed so hard onĀ In Studio 14 - MVMT MultitaskingĀ but knew the 50 Minute length would deter some of you from trying it. SO I have broken it into two parts which are shorter and more achievable for those who struggle with longer workouts.Ā 

This is Part 1: Standing Arms & Ass ā€”a 15-minute sculpt session designed to fire up your arms and glutes. We kick things off with booty-on-fire band walks to light up the glutes (and sneakily raise your heart rate), followed by arm-focused moves paired with a cheeky squat hold to give your legs a burn too. Because multitasking is the vibe, youā€™ll waiter, fly, and row your way through this mini burner, ending with a tricep sequence that seals the deal. It's short, effective, and perfect as a "stand-alone" workout or as a warm-up to Part 2: Mat.
