This is Part 1: Standing Arms & Ass āa 15-minute sculpt session designed to fire up your arms and glutes. We kick things off with booty-on-fire band walks to light up the glutes (and sneakily raise your heart rate), followed by arm-focused moves paired with a cheeky squat hold to give your legs a burn too. Because multitasking is the vibe, youāll waiter, fly, and row your way through this mini burner, ending with a tricep sequence that seals the deal. It's short, effective, and perfect as a "stand-alone" workout or as a warm-up to Part 2: Mat.
