Sculpt on the Rocks
This is giving all my favs with full body vibes. Gliding abs, wide bridging, side-lying inner thighs and side planks, juicy prone work, single leg bridging with a rotation reward, and a cheeky abs set to finish.
It's a slow burn - sprinkled with knowledge bombs and a few sneaky stretches. All horizontal, all the stuff my body was craving. Hope you enjoy x
You'll need: Gliders, ball and loop.
📍 Freshwater Rocks, Freshwater. I wanted to film at the pool, but there were a zillion people, so I got creative - personally think the rocks are a vibe.
