Cave Rave Stretch
This location makes me laugh. Love that I'm a troll in a cave when there's the most picturesque beach pool surrounding. But it was a vibe and I loved it.
This is a slow, full-body stretch and mobility flow filled with my favourites - designed to lengthen, mobilise and release all the areas that get tight and stiff.
Stretch Line Up:
🤍 Leg Stretch with Band - think hamstrings, calves, inner thighs, outer thighs
🤍 Supine Glutes & Hips - for tight glutes and outer hips
🤍 Bridging - to mobilise the lower back and open the hips
🤍 Supported Hip Stretch with the ball - just lay on it and let the ball support your lower back while your hips release. Totally passive, you do nothing.
🤍 Book Openings & Mermaid - with all the juicy variations that make your spine go ohhhh yeah
🤍 Pigeon Stretch with the ball for support - so you can just melt into it
Ps. We use the ball and long band for support, but you can easily sub in what you have at home - a towel or tie for the band, a pillow for the ball.
