Postnatal Pilates 1 - Easing Back
Hey Beautiful Mummas, congratulations on your brand new bub. Welcome to the mat for some well-deserved "mum-time". This is a very gentle practice that has been designed to ease you back into moving again with some gentle and supportive stretch/mobility movements using the ball and the mat. Don't stress if you don't have a ball yet, you could use a towel/pillow. This flow should feel wonderful. Enjoy x
