No Reformer No Problem: Sculpt
Your full body standing sculpt workout. Starting with reformer inspired back and tricep work while hitting two birds with one stone by adding a squat series at the same time. Then we move into scooter series flows using the gliders to challenge the glutes, legs and balance. Then we use the chair just like we would the reformer bed for some added height in tricep work and abdominal work that allows you to use a fuller range of motion than on the mat. Finishing with a waiter's arm that would classically be done on the reformer one arm at a time but we make a more efficient use of time and do both at the same time, before finishing with a strong leg challenge not unlike standing on a reformer with no springs.
