No Crunch Abs AKA lengthening abs sequence This 16-minute workout focus is "no crunch abdominals" where we focus on strengthening the muscles of the deep core vs focusing on the more superficial "six-pack" flexors muscles which tend to lead to overly round posture. Such a beautiful way to build core strength, while also creating space and length.
