Strength and Length Sandwich
A delicious strength and length sandwich-style workout - so basically we do a strength exercise (targeting and toning) followed by a stretch exercises (mobilising and just delicious). Let's target and tone those hard to reach spots - inner-thighs and waist. Then stretch the spine, upper back, chest, and shoulders - so your spine feels amazing. You are going to walk out taller after this one.
