Livestream 25 with Elise
This got a little extra sculpty than anticipated. We get started standing at the chair/wall with our gliders and ball. Mostly glutes, but with a side of inner-thighs. We step away from the chair/wall, grab our long bands to sneak in some standing arms before finishing on the mat for a quick 15-Minute - quadruped, bridging and side-plank trio.
You will need: Chair/stable surface, loop, long band, gliders, ball, and mat! (Everything!).
