Grab your long band - we are starting standing. We kick off with a standing arm focussed on posture, targetting the upper-back and triceps. We sneak in some biceps before tieing our long band and smashing out a glute-focussed quadruped, side-plank, side plank, and stretch series.
It is then back to rowing (this time seated!) - before sneaking in some bridging and c-curves!
You will need just your long band and ball for this one. Enjoy! x
