Grab your chair because we are starting standing with a spicy scooter series (the up/down scooter and circles variation got my peach sooo good!). It is then onto the mat for gliding abs and glutes. On the zoom menu after abs includes wide bridging, quadruped (wait till you try the “attitude” combo!!), prone hundreds, side planks, book openings, tricep dips, and mermaid.
