Extra arms, ass, and lower abs. We start standing with pushups, inner-thighs, and glutes. Then head on to the mat to really focus on targeting and strengthening the lower core and abs. When balance out the hip and core work with “first-position bridging”, tricep with a side of legs, push-ups, thread the kneedle, quadruped, frogs, prone hundreds, and sneaky balance plank to finish.
