Meet me on the mat for a lower body-flavoured Pilates sculpt. Anything from the waist down is game on (think: thighs, inner, outer, hamstrings, calves, glutes).

30 Minutes: 25 Minutes Sculpt + 5 Minute Stretch
I wanted to keep this to 25 minutes, so I have added an optional leg stretch (5 Minutes) ending for anyone craving it. You will need your ball, the long band (tied), and your mat.

🤰Pregnant Mummas: I filmed this at 20 weeks and still felt comfortable on my back for bridging. If you are later stage of pregnancy and don't feel comfortable on your back, skip the bridging section between sides.

You will need: Ball, Long Band, Mat

#20-Weeks. Half baked, so we will focus on half of your body. hehe. Enjoy x
