Lower Body Stretch: Legs, Hips & Glutes

Stretch and unlock tightness through your lower body with this all-level stretch series. Using the long band initially - we lay down and focus on the legs. Stretching the hamstrings, calves, ITB and Inner-thighs. 

It’s then the glutes, hip flexors and quads. There are modifications/advancements sprinkled throughout making it a wonderful stretch and release for all levels.

Ps. If you don't have a long band, you could use a strap, tie, scarf, belt (or similar) to substitute!
